Sub: Rejoining in Pakistan Petroleum Ltd as Operations Engineer


Dear Sir,

I, the undersigned most humbly request that with reference to your kind visit of Libya in May 2009, as a part of 6 MOUs for cooperation in the fields of Human Resource Development, Culture and Information, Employment, Higher Education, Political Consultation and Visa abolition besides signing an Extradition Treaty.
NOC Libya selected 17 Professionals from PSO, OGDCL and I only from Pakistan Petroleum Limited in December 2009 and I joined NOC Libya on 01 April 2010.
We were warm welcomed by then Ambassador H.E. Mr. Jameel Ahmed Khan in Libya and NOC Chairman in Tripoli on 01 April 2010.

We delivered a remarkable performance put their sick industrial units into profit with in three months. Our performance was highly appraised and were enjoying job with NOC Libya.

In February 2011 due to unrest in Libya, I came back to Pakistan on 17 February 2011. My original documents and personal things are still with NOC.
I applied on 31 March 2011 to rejoin PPL as Operations Engineer.
PPL management had kindly called me to reappoint against vacant position but due to amendment in fresh hiring procedure by Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources, I could not succeed to resume my job in PPL.
All my other colleagues from Pakistan State Oil and OGDCL who returned from Libya rejoined their previous job in May 2011 but I am still looking for job since March 2011.

I earnestly entreat your gracious honor to redress my concern and ORDER to Pakistan Petroleum limited to appoint me so that I can revive my family life on the normal and previous happy life.

This is shah muhammad metlo ex uc nazim of your worthies district and have to request for the appointment of ddo revenue for which i have appeared in the written test and hope that your lordship would solve my problem as i am facing with uncountable problems kindly solve my problem as my age is going to over and again i can not apply for any post ,

Feudal lord........We must get rid of all these corrupt politicians. They abuse system, people and the country. They do not have any sympathies with the land they live and die just for their personal interests. Their kids study England and US but their mind set never change. Son replaces Father and his son and so on. They believe Pakistan their property and treat their people like animals. They talk big and nice but they even do not have schools or basic amenities in their area. That is very shameful. We need educated and literate people who have vision. We have to eradicate this system from these lords. That is the core issue of the country.

i would like to say something ... i have heard mr shah speak ... i think he is very well spoken ... a few my friends and family who belongs from sindh seems to like him .... i would just want to say to PPL who comment here on personal character as well exaggerate things, to be a lit bit careful as anything you say here might offend other peoples feelings .... imagine if it was someone from your family,, like your father uncle or a brother ??? im not here to defend mr shah ... but just think logically .... and all of us here seem to belong from good families.... so just show some concern ... as it could be someone from your family as famous as mr shah .......
