On 5th March 2013 at 11 AM three persons namely Nosher Khan DSP of Mardan Police KPK Pakistan, Aman Ullah & Hayat Ullah residents of sector C Sheikh Maltoon kidnapped me in my own vehicle model 2012 Vigo number Islamabad 24 at the instance of Senator Muhammad Azam Khan Hoti the father of Chief Minister of KPK Pakistan, on gunpoint and locked me in Par Hoti Mardan KPK in Hujra room of Haji Dilawar Khan “Choopal”.
At three PM the door was unlocked by police constables and I was taken to a huge Hall where Azam Hoti, Amir Ghazan Khan Hoti, Aman Ullah ,Hayat Ullah, Inaam Jan SHO Sheikh Maltoon Nowsher Khan DSP Mardan police and said Rehman Tehsildar were present and I was brought before Azam Hoti as prisoner and he started beating me and abusing me and carried on my personal search take away almost ,everything I had, credit cards, bank cards , ID cards, purse, any money. Then persons namely Inaam Jan SHO, Aman Ullah and Nosher Khan DSP caught hold of me and Azam Hoti ordered to strip me while Hayat Ullah was holding cam. I pushed them off and was able to jump from the window but was caught on the roof by Nosher Khan DSP and Aman Ullah while Azam hoti followed. Azam Hoti in presence of police, general public and chief minister house escort ordered to throw me off the 30 feet roof and I was thrown off the roof resulting in leg fracture, body injuries and pain. The police officials on Azam Hoti orders dragged me inside the Hujra and I was thrown in the rear seat of police car, and SHO locked by injured leg in the car door obtaining signatures on 7 black stamp papers and then throw me to the mercy of God in front of gate. Take away three lac rupees from my pocket, my vehicle number 24 Islamabad and a BAG in the vehicle having money, bank cheques and everything.
Motive for the occurrence was EASY LOAD, and my Plaza at Sector E Sheikh Maltoon Town Mardan and ransom of 90 caror.
I was transported by my brothers reaching spot to CHM Nowshera as hospital in Mardan said NO to take me and then Shifa international Islamabad.

I am on the run with all my family under security threat. All the news papers reports this story but nothing happened.
When I watch the TV programs on constitution I laugh at you and weep at myself that what are you talking about.

Karachi, January 08, 2013 (PPI-OT): Provincial Minister for Local Government Agha Siraj Khan Durrani has said that on special directives of President Asif Ali Zardari and Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah all the contractual employees of Lyari Development Authority are being made permanent.
This was decided at a meeting of 5th governing body of Lyari Development Authority, presided over by Minister for Local Government Agha Siraj Khan Durrani here on Tuesday at the Authority’s office. He said that it was essential part of Pakistan Peoples Party’s manifesto not to un-employed any one and it was a fact that when ever Pakistan Peoples Party Government came into power it brought maximum number of employment to the youth and prosperity to the country.
Provincial Minister added ‘it is a great work of present democratic government that it has provided millions jobs to youth on merit and following the same spirit of the present democratic government all contractual employees of Lyari Development Authority are being made permanent irrespectively.
He directed the officers concerned to speed up development works on Hawksbay Scheme and it should be ensured that all basic and standardized facilities be provided there and transparency should be maintained there.
He said that present democratic government was trying its utmost to provide standardized living facilities to the people of Sindh. Secretary Local Government Lala Fazal ur Rehman, Director General Agha Maqsood Abbas and other high officials also attended the meeting.

I spend most of my life in canada, around 10 years, there iz no day when i didnt remember my country Pakistan,
after work hard i make as much money k i can make my house in my beloved country pakistan, i came here in last year

I bought One kinal plot in dha lahore, early 2012, before transfer i took a verification from dha, that plot iz clear from each and every thing, like no bank mortgage, no legal problem, then i paid my hard earning money to the seller, after all my satification, i took Kabza that plot, and then took permission from dha lahore to start construction my house, dha lahore approved my site plan, and map to construct my dream home, i start my construction i spend lots of my hard earning money to construct my dream home, in last week i received a letter from court, asking appeard on court, i was so upset i went dha, they said just ignore it, they even didnt listen to me proper, after then i went to the lawyer, and ask him for atleast let me know whats happening, he research and found k dha put a case in court against me, dha lahore asking me withdraw that property, cause dha lahore saying we bought a proper years years ago from mr shah wali khan, against that property dha lahore give him few plot, shah wali khan land is not transferred yet, thats why dha lahore asking US to with draw that property, even we have nothing to do with this case shah wali sold that plots to some bodies years years ago back, if dha lahore have some issue they should persue/case the shah wali khan not me,
we work hard and make money to build our house in pakistan, please publish my story if possible.
