When i bought a villa in rawalpindi i was promised a discount of 10 lakhs by malik riaz himself.I was told to pay money for villa and at the end we will deduct your discounted money.
Now they are saying that i have to pay that money which malik riaz comited me as a discount and if you will take the refund of my actual money then they will deduct the 10% of my actually money.This the way that they are looting the peoples.
You can imagine that that the chairman of the bahria town is promising something and at the start of the purchase and now they are refusing
