With due respect and humble submission I would like to convey my miserable circumstances for your kind perusal that I got married with Mr.Muhammad Niazuddin S/O Late Muhammad Islamuddin ex- resident of House No.217 Sector-14-H,Orangi Town, Karachi-41 bearing C.N.I.C.No.42401-1910368-1,on 28-11-2006. In early days we are passing with pleasure but very soon I preceived that my Husband is a woman Eyeser.He always try to discuss with me about the organs and sex of another women, naturally I use to become flare up and leisurely by the passage of time this trifle converted into quarrels.He in the revenge stopped supply of food- stuff and clothing and started torturing me mentally.Since then I was passing my very miserable days and night.I gave birth my son who is a special child being possessing his heart in right portion and the atteding Doctor instructed us to much care him.My husband instead of change his life pattern he became aggressive to me.Mostly he use to abuse me and my parents and relatives and gradually started beating me.I fell sick and remained under treatment of psychitrist for sometime.For the few months he became so courageous he used to talk with another women in loving manner in my presence with the result severe quarreling.I state on oath that two month ago he escaped him self some where un known place with collaboration of his illegal related women.That time we were residing in a rental house No.L-5,Sector-5-C-4,North Karachi. During that time he also hatched the plan to make me homeless.He served the notice to the owner of the House to quit the house.In the absence of my husband the Landlord demanded to vacate the house and I was compelled to do so.Thereafter I became homeless and living in the day at my parents house and went to sleep at my brother,s house.I knock the doors of all high profile but no fruitful result.I was roaming to and fro since then. I approached the union council MPA office in this regard. Their official unearthed my husband and confronted me and asked him to be in straight who apprised to accompany me after a week but he did not pardon and deceived them.However thereafter he could hardly be accompanied me in Orangi Town. I compromised with him on his desired.Since last four days there is no arrangement of basic need of water in my house. I praised my husband for this problem who refused to make arrangement of water in our house with a plea that he was giving me domestic torture.My problem could be solved earlier if any one High profile of my country could bother to take notice on my circumventive position. Thereafter he took me in North Karachi rented House No. L-139, Sector 5-C/1, North Karachi wherein his illegal wife of girlfriend is also living nereby unknown place. Before Eidulfitre my husband again disappeared left me pauper alongwith my children.My condition is same like flood disaster sufferer. My parents arranged our foodstuff and House rent etc. M/S. Madadgar lifeline women antiviolence Organization forwarded my request to Pakistan Bazar Police Station Orangi Town, M/S. Women Development Govt. of Sindh Complaint Cell forwarded my similar request to Khwaja Ajmer Nagri Police Station and also Similar Complaint has been submitted to the Secretary Insaaf Committee Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town but nothing is forthcoming as yet.
It will therefore highly obliged if your goodself consider my deep request to takeup my matter on humanitarian ground.

Under the above circumstances it is earnestly requested your honour Kindly to help me legally on having directed the concern authorities to resolve my matter to traceout and unearth my husband and to forbade him from such unhuman act and settle our matter by giving us a chance.
I will remain ever grateful to you and pray for your lonfg life ,happiness, all successes in your life.
