Early life and education

Born to Mohammad Ishaq on 19^th January 1964, Captain Safdar got reared in a humble yet educated family. He belongs to the beautiful terrain of District Mansehra. He did his matriculation from Mansehra, after that he joined ‘Post Graduate College Abbottabad’ for his intermediate. He studied Islamic history, economics and Physics in his intermediate. He then did his graduation in Stats and Economics.

I want to apologize personally from Capt Safdar for all that I wrote. I did this in a fit of rage when he was talking to one of the tv channels. I know his background. From fauj, he made a short cut to join the civil service as AC. Faujis are exempted from taking written exam for CSS because fauj thinks they dont need to, as they are already "well groomed" what a bullshit.
When he was AC he got hooked up with a woman from Lohar Family, probably daughter of one of the two ganjas. He was caught red handed with the woman. To avoid "badnami" the woman was married to Kaptaan Safdar. And now he thinks of himself as the leader of the people. What a tragedy for the Pakistani people.
