With due respect to all the comments so far , my comments are not about Dr.Arsalan & Malik Riyaz , but about the Judicial Commission ( All Judges, Lawyers , Politicians & wested intrest Groups at that time are responsible ,,,,) When last Government of Pervez Mushraf sent a summary about the corruption charges agaianst CJ of Pakistan Janaab Iftikhar Chudhry Sb , they have treated CJ as a MUQHADDUS Cow that time and failed to act according to law to prove that CJ was not guilty ,,,altough CJ family suffered a lot , but CJ should have trialed that time for justice and becuase of that negligance , we have reached this stage ..,,,I am sure after his retirement CJ Chaudhry will be trialed by PPP government and world will see the results ......Insaaf sub kay leeay werna keesee kay leeay bhee nahi ..

In brief I wish to emphasis that those who are responsible in letting off raymond davis and his collegues plus traitor hussain haqqani must be taken into account as they are equally responsible for the present situation of Pak.I fail to understand how Altaf Hussain and his type alongwith his party and ANP team the badmaash bros how they are so powerful today when these are the main culprits and altaf until some years back was the most wanted criminal.PPP and its allies are ALL criminals dont our people and Army know about it???????? biggest joke but its a cooked game and unfortunately against Pak. jus see and realise what sort of key diplomatic posts outside pak as ambassadors in most important countries are given to .....again pimps and sluts..........what will happen as even your foreign minister is just a waste of time and needless to mention zardari gilani their sons other relatives your speaker and the entire ppp and its partners full team are a total waste of time and they are really wrecking the country.........yet NOT prepared to even pay heed to present themselves for questioning when summoned and as evil PM set presedence it is not far when no one will pay any attention to SC Orders but instead like so called PM everyone will challenge the CJ and the SC as hussain haqqani and look at that characterless Aitezaz Hussain who says in SC to 7 sitting panel Judges that you lot are sitting and making decisions and I have to stand and submit my deliberations and logics ..someone ask this rascal can anyone or him challenge the leave aside SC but even a Magistrates Court in any other country and if he or they tried what will they face.....there have been many suh incidents recently in Pak to degrade the CJ and the SC and lower courts in Pakistan regularly like AG exchanging strong words and abusive language with the CJ yet no action taken????? Is the Pak Army sleeping or isnt it their job to intervene to save us from becoming a laughing stock in the world or save the SC and the CJ from this type of mockery and humiliation???????Answer is they are busy counting notes earned in bribery and they are only seeing their personal interest like said earlier more than national interest......shame on them and God put sense in my fellow countrymen..........A revolution is the answer if Army doesnt perform their job/duties well isnt it their right as per constitution plus also want to add the present constitution is invention of Z Bhutto cause of the fall of Dacca and very much a head high dictator......the Constitution in Supreme National Interest needs to be re phased but only some patriot like myself may be able to do that....no self centered pig will even attempt to take an initiative on this because their own interest will be harmed which they dont want........If want to learn/know more on actual facts of policies of evil foreign powers against pak feel free to approach me and I will give detailed information with logics to put pakistanis on right track giving them an eye opener .....I need a team to coplete my mission in setting Pak on right track getting it away from evil eyes and hands........pl be awake as it is high time....A BAIG

If there was any PATRIOTISM left in the Pak Army I am sure with what is happening in my country these pigs would have been punished ages back and Pak saved from these miscreants but unfortunately everyone is trying to make easy money to as much possible and National Interest concept is forgotten due selfishness but they seem to forget that if Godforbid the nation which is our prestige is harmed or destroyed where will they land???????????????Sorry but its pimps and sluts who today rule my country and their cauntious is sold..............I alone cannot do anything for my nation but if given a chancee can assure will put everything in right track if given public support ....no one seems to realise about the people of Pakistan who are suffering in the hands of these miscreants and evil politicians and few Military leaders ......I want to start a campaign against these evil thugs but do not have resources or support......A BAIG

Seems after the characterless PM Gilani stooge of Dacoit Zardari rejected acceptance of SC decision to actually disqualify him after sentence served and the horrifying speaker manupilated somehow on zardari s instructions to kill the SC Order and keep PM in service doing also contempt of court these rascals planned to trap CJ s son to blacmail him and defame his status.....Imran Khan only talks with incompetent party candidates and awaits some opportunity may be miracle to do some practical work but its shameful for ALL Pakistanis that these miscreants who are in power are only fooling poor/innocent countrymen but more disgusting was that a sentenced served criminal PM entered UK the mother of democracy to get VIP treatment just because the black devil backs him ?????? hate present so called disgraceful dignatries who wrecked this world in name of war against terror......The Pak Army has even disgraced its image as now only it could be a declared failed state and terror initiators as conspired by black devil yet people of pakistan dont get in their thick head the evil planning against their own ciuntry by these evil foreign power..please realise you are being sold by ruling governemt with billions of rupees/dollars bribed by them on foreign backing not to build your nation but to destroy it for which they have been imposed and the Army drugged with its Chief sold......pl save your nation with dignity and sense ......or else you will repent but it my be too late. This shows the corrupt mind of all of us. Now the Cief Justice should resign on "Ikhlaqi" basis and not be humiliated in this case. The CJ is completely wrong in this case.

If he is even not involved with Malik Riaz, do you think above all is OK and acceptable to you ALL?

when ever a person is to be appraised , should examine his trackrecord,
Dr arslan is absolute no1 safarishi candidate . these are the guys who have spoiled medical profession by denying legtimate students admission in medical colleges.
And its hard to believe that his father has not helped him , this case needs no further investigation . guilty guilty guilty . son and father both .

Oh my GOD! I do not say that Arsalan is guilty or not, let the truth and facts be fully revealed and brought into the day light so that justice be served.
In my opinion, Justice Iftikhar has got nothing to do with the alleged malpractices and corruption of his son. And be rest assured if Arsalaan is in anyway involved as alleged, then the CJ will make and set an example out of Arsalaan for the shameless rulers, that how the rule of law should and can be upheld no matter who is guilty.
Let us not forget that from whom and where the allegations have come from. Just go back some 25 years back and check who Malik Riaz was then? Track the record of Malik Riaz’s dubious rags to riches story and you will find the real face of Malik Riaz. In addition, one needs to check the connection between Malik Riaz and Gen Aslam beg, Asif Zardari, Altaf Hussain, certain politicians, some serving and retired Generals from Navy, Air force and Army, General Musharaf, some retired bureaucrats and so on as the list is too long and interesting. Let Umer Ceema , Kamran Khan, Dr. Shahid Masud, Javaid Chaudry, Mubashir Luqman, Talat Hussain, Kashif Abbasi and the likes to do some real investigative and honest journalism about Malik Riaz, his past, present and his infamous rags to riches story.
