Bollywood actor Salman Khan today shot for a special film for the border guarding ITBP as part of the golden jubilee celebrations of the security force.
The 46-year-old actor flew down from Mumbai to shoot his appeal for a marathon 'Run for the nation', being organised by the border guarding force on October 7 in the national capital.
The clip features the 'Dabangg' actor appealing to the youth to run for the marathon and also motivating them to join the security forces.
The force, according to sources, had specially contacted the actor to be a part of the marathon preparations.
The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) is celebrating its golden jubilee year of raising this year.
It was raised in 1962 to counter Chinese aggression and at present, the about 60,000 personnel strong force guards the 3,488km long Sino-Indian border.
The troops have undertaken an Everest expedition and a river rafting voyage in the Ganges earlier this year as part of the golden jubilee celebrations. | | See Also in Showbiz News
