As far as I can remember it has been over 40 years since media has been the real threat to Pakistan, first it was only print media and now it is both print and electronic news media. Except for exceptions majority of the media has not played its due role with full sincerity and honesty.
The word IMPARTIALITY does not exist in their dictionary.
For Example: Imran Khan should use decent words . Decency should never be compromised.
Media did not play its DUE role when the parliament removed restriction to 3rd term and graduation limit.
Before cleaning the country from corrupt politicians we actually need to clean the country from the mafia having deep seated roots in the media in Pakistan.
If media does not change its negative policy then time will take its own revenge from media. |
