Ishaq Dar was just bullshitting. Doing charities has nothing to do with paying taxes. He knew that he was telling lies.
How he has the nerves to sit in the Senate and then be nominated as Finance Minister.
Shame on theses corrupt, liars and cheeriest politicians. Most dishonest and disgraced politicians who do not pay any taxes but want to rule this poor country.

Both Khawaja Asif and Ishaq dar with their investments outside Pakistan to avoid taxes have country's best interest at heart. And they gonna revive the economy by investing not in Pakistan but outside. thats how PML(n) plans to revive the economy and real confident booster for foreign investors that our rulers don't have any faith in our economy.
