I think Mr. Kazmi was put behind the bar for more than one year just on some wrong allegations which were based on a person saying rather than any solid proofs, is totally illegal. I have a request from Honourable CJ of Pakistan as a part of law and my self as a Lawyer to take some action on Mr. Azam Khan Swati. People can say, can write and can put blames on any person, as a lawyer I have personal experience many time but if there is no evidence found then immediately that case should be terminated and should be given some compensations to the person being blamed. And let me clear to people, Chalan is not the evidence against any person.

It is very clear from this discussion that Azam Swati unable to provide a single evidence against Hamid saeed. Chalan cannot be an evidence, It represent the charges on the accused person and it need to be proved in court. So cannot be proved so he is out on bale. And he challeged Azam Swati to give evidence in this whole discussion Awan Swat did not give a single evidence except just reading of chalan.
