Nawaz Sharif Sahib appeared honest, upright and genuinly concerned with the way things were going wrong in Pakistan. He is the only leader, who has learnt from the past and matured tremendously. Long March option was timely and rightly exercised on the judiciary issue. NOT NOW. That would be playing right in the hands of Mr. Zaradari. Nawaz Sharif's apprehensions about the possibility of a third force stepping in are not without any basis. Even the Chief Justice felt the need to invoke Article 6; if need be. Had Nawaz not so unselfishly and dilligently stood guard on democracy; It was more likely that history may have repeated itself. |
