Aitzaz Ahsan Pakistani judiciary 'is too powerful'

There is a tense power struggle in Pakistan. The Supreme Court has forced out one prime minister and put the current one on notice. Pakistani politician and lawyer Senator Aitzaz Ahsan - from the ruling Pakistan Peoples Party - defended the former prime minister Yusuf Raza Gilani against his dismissal by the Supreme Court. He says the country's judiciary "is too powerful" and has, at times, overstepped its limits.

Judiciary ney koun sey pakeeza kaam kiye hain, judge rishwat khor, generalon key saath mil kar is mulk key constitution ki touheen ki, kitney mujrimon ko sazaa huwi, kitney judge jail main gaye, khud hi qaatil khud hi munsif. asal problem hey ki yeh establishment kabhi bhi PPP bardasht nahin kar sakti, is ki history available hey, bugz aur hassad main itney andhey ho gaye ki ek PM ko phansi pey carha diya. IN my opinion Sindh ko ab seriously sochna chahiye.

WELL SAID MR AITZAZ AHSAN. YOU ARE PAR EXCELLENT LAWYER AND GREAT HUMAN BEING. IT IS NECESSARY TO REALISE THAT CJ ONLY TAKES CARE OF HIS INTEREST. HE HAS NO QUALITIES OF A FAIR JUDGE. I HOPE HE DID NOT STUDY LLB IN SEMINARIES OF FUNDAMENTALISTS. PEOPLE HAVE STARTED HATING HIM. WE FULLY SUPPORTED CJ WHEN HE WAS DEPOSED BY DICTATOR. NOW HE IS DICTATOR.

O people of Pakistan, do you have any one rational amongst yourself? your emotional attitude would destroy you... The rules of the game cannot and should not be changed no matter you are for or against someone in the ring... President in Pakistan and all over the world have complete immunity... then why do you want to push your head of state towards a trial.. you may do so when he steps down from Presidency.. Dont you have any self respect?
