I am a Pakistani engineer and now doing PhD
It is not a debate of Sindhi / punjabi / pathan or muhajir.
it is just question of "laws of nature" which are made by ALLAH an d scientists only try to find these laws. whole universe governs on some basic rules.
Law of conservation of energy is basic Law that can never be over-ruled in this universe.
At most what can be done is to change energy from one form to other, but energy can never be created.
Here energy from battery is used to split water into Hydrogen and oxygen and Hydrogen is burnt in engine like CNG.
so, as long battery is charged, we can produce Hydrogen from water and can use to run car.
But, when battery will be discharged we can not produce more Hydrogen and this car will stop.
Any one can say that battery is charged "automatically" as told be Agha Sahib.
If that is possible, then i challenge Agha Sahib to run this car continuously not for 15~20 Km but at least 2000~2500 Km using water.

I have no doubts in saying this Talat that i have never liked your programs as much as i did this one. Well done. Really enjoyed it.
The beauty of this program is to give exposure to tallent and stand it against expertise. Very interesting, forget about the man's discovery for a second wether its a success or failure.
I truly believe that there is abundance of tallent in Pakistan which can Rock the world but goes wasted because they dont get recognised and appreciated. This is the reason i love you. You could have some mad politicians on your show and wasted your and our time.
We as a Nation really need to believe in ourself if we want to survive.

Who say Dr Atta-ur-Rehman was wrong but the guys are 100% right. Dr was talking about the Battery Charge not about how they used battery in the car. The battery current you need to Ignite the Fuel what we called "sullup" inreal "Slow Up" after that once the engine starts then inside engine Generator take part and they are responsible for Energy not battery even your Battery start chanrging from the same Generator. Dr Sahib they are not nonsinse, you even don't have a sense at all. they were talking about the Car not renewable energy or Batteries for Camping. I don't know who give you Degree even. We know that Energy propartion changes depends on the way of using. Another example of kinetic energy from where they get energy for next movment? can you explain?
We need to support these guys they work very well and i have my trust with them. |

I hope there is a follow up program which should prove that Talat has himself driven the car for longer than 4 hours and perhaps Dr Atta-ur-Rahman is convinced with it.
Guys, as Dr. Atta is a scientist so he will not believe new invention until it is completely tested by him, so lets get the testing phase over and then we all will find out the truth. |

I am a Mechanical engineer and have been involved with Hydrogen technology for some time now and last year I was involved in developing a hydrogen fuel cell truck (google it for more information).
What Mr Agha is absolute non-sense as it clearly defies the law of Conservation of Energy and what he is claiming is not possible. Plus the questions in return he is asking are so stupid and cannot be expected from an Engineer.
I am glad Talat brought Dr. Atta who clearly clarified that this is not possible.
And being a Pakistani I can see how illiterate we all are who believe anything and everything which is thrown at us. Not only that, we do not believe a scientist but prefer to believe someone who doesnt even know a basic law of energy.

Dr. Atta and majority of Muhajirs never accept any remarkable effort of originals i.e. Sindhi, Punjabi, Pathan and Baloachi. Muhajirs want to be only beneficiaries of Pakistan in any way like they claim they made Pakistan, it is as wrong as basic science because only clever, educated persons migrated to this new country for the jobs and for new business opportunities like they are now trying for USA, Canada and Australia but it is also fact that very small portion of fundamental muslims migrated for their dream. So I am certain as usual that Muhajirs won't recognize but others must acknowledge this kind of other efforts too. So I bet just see who are reluctant.... |

Hi Guys, don't get blinded by patriotism and if you think Dr Atta is wrong then go back and read your school science books. "Energy can neither be created nor destroyed" and Water is not a source of Energy like Petrol. I honestly wish that whatever these guys are saying ,somehow, miraculously is true and we have our second Nobel Laureate. Unfortunately, it is as impossible as something travelling faster than speed of light. |

The best thing for Agha and co is to PATENT IT FIRST.. prior to anything else.. and then start developing cars on the basis of it by involving a businessman from Pakistan who can invest in their project.. or if not.. Talk to Imran Khan and we can have another institution like Shaukat Khanam supported by ALL PAKISTANIS.. running on charity until it is self-sustained..

Perpetual system does not take anything in and at the same time generates energy and its efficiency is 1.
I am not sure what they have presented is feasible or not.
They are adding water to the system as a fuel which is acting as a source of energy. Water is broken down to its elements and then Hydrogen is burnt and then more water is injected to the system so it is not an example of perpetual system at all.
Yes it would have been perpetual system if they had claimed that they are again collecting water from the exhaust (burning Hydrogen will produce water as a byproduct) and feeding it back to the system and the system continues running. So, in this sense Dr Atta is also not right in understanding the whole idea. |

It is amazing that he is forgetting a basic fact, the energy to recharge the battery is being generated by the combustion of hydrogen.. that combustion can be used to charge the battery along with providing energy for moving the vehicle..
I think it is the 'Petrol Mafia' speaking behind Dr. Atta which is really Sad.. He is sounding so DESPERATE to denounce the good work done by Agha and co.

@ usman Hydrogen uses needs to be produced using either renewable or non-renewable energy source.
secondly what about electric cars it does not contain any fuel for combustion...?
electric cars contain electric motor.
The electric motor gets its power from a controller and the controller gets its power from an array of rechargeable batteries.... make sense..???? |

let me explain what chargers the car battery in your car....
"Actually the charging mechanism in an automobile is the alternator, and it works whether the wheels are moving or not. The alternator is one of the parts in the engine compartment that have a drive belt.
While the engine is running the alternator is producing a charge that continually charges the coil and other ignition systems along with the cars battery.
and this way that alternator keep producing current as long as the wheels r moving. |

Absolute nonsense. Talat and Hamid Mir taken for a ride by this charlatan. I am an Engineer, a fulbright PhD scholar in US and I can bet this is not possible. See he says in his talk 'net energy is generated', I don't even call him an engineer because this fact is known by 10th grader that net energy cannot be created. He says how is it possible to run AC, Video and Audio systems from the same batter. The answer is that energy actually comes from the fuel. The fuel burnt runs the engine and that running of engine is used to charge the battery continuously via a small generator coupled to the engine. The ac power also comes from the engine. I am an electrical engineer but do have little know how about automobiles. |
