I have the honor to draw your kind attention on the coming election held on 11 May, 2013. In this regard it is humbly stated that in past, the rate of polling of voters remained in 35-40%. As a result of those elections the members elected for both provincial and national assembly are not true representative of the people of Pakistan because about 60-65% of the people are not casting their vote or not participating in the election which is a significant ratio. It means that the results of those elections are not apparently valid or legally authentic. In this regard my humble submission is that the election commisioner may very kindly be directed to ensure the validity of these elections by ensuring at least about 50% vote casting in each constituencies of the national and provincial assemblies. Regards,
