There is no place for strikes in the medical profession. If these doctors in training (and they re in training) are working for money they should resign. Medicine is a calling and a mission not a trade union. Arrest them and take their degrees till they work as sanitation staff for three years in hospitals. That should break their arrogance for good. |

there is an advertisement on papers today which shows the salaries of the doctor by GOVT. pls watch ARY program 11th hour on 28 of the last month in which Dr nasir bukhari has shown his own payslip on tv and said Govt is saying we are paying 56K to a doctor i am a doctor serving for the last 5 years and my pay is 44. if they will implement their own written salaries (in the advertisement) we will call of the strike |

third Fact is which department in pakistan including police has the duties schedule tougher then doctors 24 hours emergency duties, 36 hours non emergencies duties 8 hours OPDs 8 hour operation theatre itself. and one More fact that after completing MBBS During the one year house job and four years of FCPS doctors are not allowed to do private practise so it means this is the only financial mean that they have to live with. Another cruel fact is Noon league is politicising this issue and try to say that in the strike PPP is involved which is completely untrue. |

second Fact is do you know what is the service structure and salaries india is giving to their doctors what is the package of a doctor in UK, CAnada Austrailia and USA. i am not coparing there salaries to the doctors here my point is look at the salaries of the other Bureaucrats of the above mentioned countries and compare them with their doctors and same can compare here. that is the reason doctors are going to the other countries. |

now let me tell you the facts which you guys might not know as you guys are not in the loop of the medical department. in this program at 35;01 the spokesman to zalim-e-alaa said when they do FCPC their salary has increased OMG politicians are so ignorant they don't know that when they are doing their residency they are called as PGR but when they complete their fcps degree and become consultant they become jobless they are out of the hospitals they were only the trainee on four years and after completing their post graduation they are out on the road searching for job. secondly YDA has organising the OPDs outside the buildings of hospitals as YDA vice president KPK has said in the program. |

tell me what is the service structure of Doctors after how many years an grade 17 MO become a Grade 18 officer, after how many years an MO become S.R . tell me what exams they give in order to permute themselves in higher rank. Unfortunatly NONE. No service structure it all depends on political affiliations. BWP Victoria hospital (Gynae Department ) there is one vacancy of S.R and the Drs Against that seat is thousands literally just because of there is no criteria of per motion. now just look at the face gestures the way of talking the way of putting his views of DR Haroon. and on the other hand just look at the idiotic behaviour of that politicians who is only faltering their Bosses. they are blaming them that patients are dying MR ZAlim-e-Alaa there are examples when doctor is performing their duties and their own relatives are dying in their own home. |

After viewing this program it is evident that Young doctors are absolutely wrong and they must be severely punished for the killings of innocent people. If they are literate then it doesnt mean they are above the law. second for Allah sake dont call this lady Farzana Bari it is also clearly evident that she works for America ( watch other programs she participated and her point of view. She works to destroy the ideology of Islam. Thirdly i must be proud of Slman Rafique the way he listened to this illiterate doctor. Finally i must say that Punjab Government should listen to those doctors who voluntarily call off this strike and must punish rest of the doctors. FIR must be lodged for the killings of innocent patients. |
