18th amendment doesnt giv right to produce electricity to any province,SS is right in that part n no need to produce additional electricity as already enough s available,we must produce cheeper elecricity so busineses can be sustained,FED GOV gives Soverign guarentee n also terrif by Nepra still with Fed Govt,as proved in Supreme Court jugement in Nandipur n Chechon ki Malian Power projects in Punajb,113 billions lost due to Fed Govt,so SS in no way responsible 4 this mess.God BLess |
