I agree with Hasan Nisar that why did not Justice Iftikhar disowned his son while he knew what his son was doing.
Specially standaing on very high moral ground the chief justice cannot avoid the liability of his son. Specially if his son is living with justice Iftikhar then I believe Chief Justice has no other option to resign. |

I do not get it!
It is not a crime that one individual meets another person privately, is entirely a personal matter. Why people should not meet each other socially. If the outcome from these meetings is criminal or consparisy than should be a concern. Otherwise one Pakistani is free to meeting another Pakistani. Malik Riaz should ask these questions in the court. When Malik Riaz offered facilities and cash to get favor, he is guilty of crime too. I think he is taking this action in desperation. If CJ accepted these favors than he is equally guilty. If these dealings were between Malik Riaz and Dr. Arsalan, CJ should not be blamed. I have children too, and I know how relations between today's children and their parents are. |
