| Arsalan Chaudhry case: Kamran Khan appears before SC |
| | Senior journalist Kamran Khan has appeared before the Supreme Court of Pakistan in a case pertaining to allegations against Arsalan Chaudhry, a son of Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry. A three-judge bench headed by the CJ resumed the hearing. Kamran Khan told the court that he had seen details of Arsalan Chaudhry’s foreign tours, his shopping which was carried out through credit cards. He said he had no document but had watched all the receipts of payments. |

Even US President used to collect money through his brother for favors granted to criminals and convicted people.
In today's world unfortunately it has become increasingly acceptable to do things like this.This is all the more highly unfortunate in view of CJ's public stances.Now the CJ should at least restore all those judges who refused to take oath under PCOs of Musharaf in the very start and Iftikhar Chaudhary kept taking oaths nonstop till he became CJ.Have mercy on the sons and daughters of those law abiding and conscience following judges,who paved the way for Iftikhar Chaudhary to become CJ by sacrificing their careers.CJ should also compensate the sons and daughters of all those people killed mercilessly in the movement for his restoration.
The misleading slogan of independent judiciary should hence forth be done away with as independent judiciary has harmed our country beyond retrieval and henceforth judiciary must start following the law. |

So unfortunate. Everyone seem to be sold out to status quo forces. The media, the anchorpersons, analyst and anyone who has got some public standing has set a price of oneself.
What is the proof???
The proof is self explanatory. All those who do anything for relief of common masses like supreme court exposing corruptions of ruling elite are the targets.

Why Pakistani media is keep on twisting stories. It is a simple case of entrapment of Dr. Arsalan Choudery by Malik Riaz, PPP and team.
Dr. Arsalan Choudery was hired by Riaz Malik and Riaz Malik was paying Dr. Arsalan Choudery his salaries. This case is as simple as this and latter on to trap CJ Malik Riaz, PPP and team used all information against CJ and CJ’s son to influence CJ.
Over last four or so years, Dr. Arsalan Choudery had provided his job to Malik Riaz and while they had been filming him while collecting his wages, and bills.
Now why Malik Riaz has escaped to UK? It's because he is guilty as hell. Malik Riaz must be smoked out and captured now! |
