In my opinion Imran has become immensely popular amongst the youth. He has struggled for nearly fifteen years and has finally managed to make an impact in Pakistani politics. Imran’s supporters believe that Imran should be given a chance as he has never been tested. One thing that I like the most about Imran is the way he defends Pakistan in western media.Imran talking to western media No other politician in the current lot has the potential to get even closer to that. Many people do not agree with his political philosophy and are firm believers that Imran will not be able to succeed in upcoming polls. They also argue how can he bring the change with the people who have been tried and tested before. For Imran's supporters, what should be done to translate his popularity and charisma into success? My message for all those twats who are criticising Imran Khan for not visiting Siachen, where were you guys when he was asking people to come out on the roads against drone attacks, where were you guys when he came out on the roads for the restoration of judges, where the hell were you when he was talking against the war on terror, where the hell were you when for the first time in Pakistan he start talking about Dr Aafia Siddiqui, and he was also the first person in October earthquake to give tents to the needy people and also don’t forget his hard work in the flood of KPK and in Sind and it was the time when foreign countries stopped the aid because they were not trusting the government. Imran Khan is not a PM or president to visit Siachen, and i am sure if he visit Siachen then all of you will be calling him ISI agent. So please change your minds for the sake of good. |
