In Arabic there is Zabar, Zaer, Pesh...using it with 'Jeem', 'Ye', and 'Bay' can't ever pronounce 'Jayb'.
If 'Jeem' has a Zaer then it'll be 'Jeeb' and if it has a Zabar then it becomes 'Jayeb' or 'Jaib'...
