PPP were very clever to interduce the 18th amendment and transfer the production of electricity on to the province was to hit Punjab.
Punjab does not produce lot gas or electricity so it will hit Punjab,s industry which PPP wanted to do to knock Punjab down. But PML-N were real stupit in not opposing the change because Punjab only produces 30% and use 60% so in short term they would be hit very hard. People should blame PML-N for poor planning in Punjab. Now due to 18th amendment electricity produced in Sindh will have first option to the electricity. This would hit the province with bigger population because they will have to produce most electricity for their need. Nawas Sharif and PML-N have sold Punjab short. They should have opposed the electricity production to provinces. PPP have out done PML-N.
ppp new their will be shortage and they transferd the burden on to the provinces which would knock stuffing out of Punjab. Blame pml-n for shortage of elecricity and gas.

This fellow Basra should learn some manners. The whole country is watching his rude and verbal attack on his opponents. He is trying to protect PPP's failure in running this country and as usual blames others. Why can't Pakistani politicians have some civility in discussing common problems.
