ALL channels are reporting that The President has had a checkup in an NHS hospital. This could only be possible if he was a UK National or a UK resident. He is neither, which means that he is a private paying patient. Now the obvious questions

1. It took 7 SEVEN highly specialised Doctors to carry out a routine check up.
2. Several traveled from Pakistan with Zardari, there were resident doctors and
3. Two were flown over from the USA at short notice and at tremendous cost
4. The President and his entourage traveled from Pakistan on a "Private" flight.

ALL THIS has been paid for by the people of Pakistan. The total cost is likely to be astronomical.
The Royal Brompton has the most expensive private treatment in the World, with its specialists and ultra high service charges.
The cost of this routine checkup would be beyond most people anywhere, yet out beloved President who could have had this "routine" checkup in Pakistan chooses to travel to London, AND add all the other costs
