Is it not a fact that everytime the military hands over power, Karachi and the rest of the Country goes to the dogs in terms of law and prder. They are forced to come back into power, clean up the mess that politicians have made and then "democracy" is being screamed. Its a pattern we have repeated after Ayub, Khan, Zia, Musharaf, Kayani next ?
