PPP defenders here: if you don’t like Dr.SM, why you watch his programs, I doubt you watch his programs, because you never raised the question from his program, that he is saying wrong here, so we can clear it with discussion. See Zardari’s reputation inside and outside of the country??? PPP waley will never allow public referrendum on PPP government performance, because they are scared of the results.

If Zardari is honest person then, why he and his party scared to bring all the corrupt peoples behind the bars???

Like PPP politicians, PPP defenders here, are “Bay Hess” too they never talk about what kind of situation our public is going through, they never discuss public’s immediate problems, such as roti, shetler, electricity,gas,cng,diesel,jobs and their security etc., they think everybody is rich like them and getting free money from PPP, for defending them. They don’t talk about their misearable situation, when anchors get them and make them answer to the point, then they put blames for everything on previous government, anchor persons, SC, punjabis and sometimes on the Army (when they hear the sound of their boots coming nearer to them). Please put the nation and Pakistan before the party interest. So we can say you people are atleast patriotic people. If by heart you can’t do, atleast pretend that you are patriotic Pakistanis!!!

i would say overall topic of discussion was reasonable, today we didn’t see those traditional faces who seven days a week defend their party agenda by rubbish and useless arguments and for the whole week they make arguments to prove that they r obedient servants of their respective party or gang leaders.

about this program, when doctor asked students y r u studying mass communication the student said ‘there is lot of despondancy in the society we want to communicate effectively bla bla’ obviously their first aim would be to get a reasonable job, then other things come. i would say that scope of mass communication is there in pakistan as there r no. of channels but what i think that many employees of these channels r underpaid, as i have come across few incidents where employees have protested for not getting salaries on time and one media personnel committed suicide as he didn’t get his salary on time n he had lot of responsibilities n he was a sole earner of his family.
i m not the expert but what i think that this subject is a theoratical subject.

It’s sad to see that these children who are our future who want to get education and better themselves are being taught by reporters, which reflects in there below average communication skills.

I would suggest Mr. SM and other TV anchors to take some time from there busy schedules and volunteer to help groom thses kids. Also once in a while they should be invited to the TV programes to sit in as anchors and conduct shows.

We all need to do something to help our future generation and Pakistan. I am working on one project that I hope to announce very soon on PK politics.

I have a feeling that Imran khan will do good in coming elections…All other parties have now shown that they can make any kind of allaince just for the sake of govt..PTI has proved that they will stand on principles and ppl shouldnt be that blind that they will vote for the same old guys of PPP and PML…And recently I have noticed that PTI is doing good at ground level reaching upto general uneducated public also..Its a sad tragedy of pakistan that here govts are made by votes of uneducated ppl..If even 20% of the uneducated ppl show support for PTI,they can do very well as majority of educated ppl want to try Imran Khan ..For a party having small budgetlike PTI,they are quite well organized at UC levels especially in cities

The sad reality after watching this program is that Pakistan is in the hands of the “Brown Uncle and Auntie Toms”, the English regurgitating class of people who represents and communicates issues who are more representing to a utopian society for the top 5% of the Pakistani class.

The fact that he tried to correct the mass communication students pronunciation shows his lack of communication education and total contempt of the Pakistani intellectuals. As for the kids are concerned, I admire their honesty and their will to do good, but the sad reality is that they are educated in a flowed education system which is forced upon by the western crumbs of education system.

For the education of the youth, I try to give a different opinions to look at and use your own abilities, especially your analytical skills.

Good effort from Dr Shahid Masood to show fresh blood of journalism to make more stronger independant and vibrant media.
But unluckily, all of 3 participants are immature and visionless.
This is also worry able matter for the future that nonconfidant journalist how could they handle the hypocrite polititions of the future because the bases of polititions are cunningness and hypocricy therefore it is most necessary that new journalist do much more hard work with honesty for the stability of our holy Pakistan and their profession also.
